Brevia Health: Health Analyst

Brevia Health, a dedicated division of Brevia Consulting, provides straightforward political and communications support to healthcare businesses and charities.  Our advisory board includes Mike Thompson MBE (former CEO of the ABPI) and Gillian Leng CBE (former CEO of NICE).

The Consultancy operates in London, Brussels, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Belfast. We are a member of ION, one of the world’s largest public relations networks, with 76 partners in 35 countries worldwide.  Brevia offers a flexible approach to working – if you would like to work from our modern office located within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, you are free to do so.  Other colleagues opt to work remotely.  Brevia is a member of the PRCA Public Affairs Board and adheres to a strict code of conduct.

We are looking to recruit a Health Analyst who will play a key role in the Agency’s health team – supporting existing clients and helping to win new ones.  The Analyst role will combine the duties of an Account Executive together with analysing health data and spotting trends.  You will also work closely with the Agency’s senior management team.

As with our Account Executive roles, the Analyst role will be on our fast track management programme that offers rapid promotion to the successful applicant. 

You should have an excellent academic track record (minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree and minimum ABB at A Level or equivalent).

You must also have at least one year of experience working in one or more of the following roles:

  • researcher to a UK MP/MSP/MS/MLA where health policy was a key component of the role
  • health researcher to a UK political party
  • a public affairs/relations agency focused on health work
  • in-house for a health focused business or charity

A strong interest in UK health policy is required. 

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.

Typical duties include: political and media monitoring, stakeholder mapping, policy research, stakeholder engagement programme delivery, stakeholder messaging development, data analysis, new business research, and select committee training support.

Package: £29,000 salary per annum + performance bonus  + sales commission + subsidised gym membership

Account Manager
(Fast Track Management Programme)

Brevia Consulting is a public relations and public affairs agency that provides straightforward political and communications support to businesses and charities.

The Consultancy operates in London, Brussels, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Belfast. We are a member of ION, one of the world’s largest public relations networks, with 76 partners in 35 countries worldwide. Our modern office is located within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament and we are a member of the PRCA Public Affairs Board.

We are looking to recruit an Account Manager on to our fast track management programme that offers rapid promotion to the successful applicant.  You should have an excellent academic track record (minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree and minimum ABB at A Level or equivalent).  You must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience working inhouse or at a public affairs agency.  Experience working as a researcher to an MP or for a political party is very desirable.

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.

Typical duties include: managing research tasks, leading on client and new business presentations, stakeholder mapping, policy research, stakeholder engagement programme delivery, stakeholder messaging development, and select committee training support.
